Can these locs be bleached or dyed?
Yes! All our locks are made from 100% human hair which can be colored to achieve your desired shade.
Be careful not to over bleach since that may weaken the locs just as they would with your naturally grown locs.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Usually, we will ship within 24 hours. Free Shipping 2-5 working days delivery, Expedited Shipping 1-3 working days delivery. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How many locs will I need for a full head?
The number of locs needed is determined by the size of your head,thickness of your hair, and the size of the locs you chose to purchase . Yourloctican will help you determine how many will be appropriate.

How do l install the loc extensions?
We recommend you install using the crochet method, crochet needles are
available for purchase on the site.
How long does delivery take?
For U.S. orders with Free Shipping, delivery usually takes 3-7 business daysafter shipment. DHL Express orders (both U.S. and international) are typicallyfaster, though exact delivery times may vary depending on your locationand local customs clearance.
Do you offer tracking for my order?
Yes! All orders come with tracking. For Free Shipping orders (sent via USPS),tracking numbers become active only after USPS receives the package andupdates their system. For orders shipped with DHL Express, tracking is activeimmediately and can be followed in real time from the moment your order leaves our facility.
